We first met Laura at Leeds wedding fayre and ended up drawn in by her unique photos of her previous weddings (plus her many plants!) after talking away we felt so comfortable and a true connection that Laura wants to show your wedding how you want it to be shown! She is so enthusiastic and wants to capture the real moments from the day. We had our pre-wedding shoot and my husband will admit, he hates having his photo taken! We had so much fun, talking and just being silly and the photos were beautiful! The moment we saw them we knew we had made the right choice for us, and how easy it was to be ourselves with Laura is shown in all of our photos.
On the day itself, Laura was everywhere! In the best way! We had to make sure she stopped and ate, because like us, she was having so much fun, and all of our guests loved her!!!
She captured our day but she was also part of our day, and I couldn't have imagined the day without her! From making us giggle during photos to having a dance at the end of the night together. A wedding to remember with someone we shall never forget.

Laura photographed our wedding at the weekend, and I'm so glad we booked her. Not only did she take some stunning images (which we will treasure for a lifetime), but she was a joy to spend the day with. For two people a bit awkward in front of the camera, she put us at ease right away. She also charmed every single one of our guests, with everyone singing her praises by the end of the night. She brought joy, laughter and was incredibly flexible when we requested a couple of last minute changes/ additions. We cant reccomend her enough!!

We stumbled across her stall at a wedding fair in 2024, her partner was representing her and her work was displayed in the stall and I just knew it was so very special. So unique and beautiful it really told a story. We had a meet up before the wedding and she came to our fishing lake, the photos she took were like something you’d see on the cover of a romance novel! We were so happy with them and I couldn’t wait to see how she worked on the big day.

Laura photographed our wedding at the beginning of November this year.
From the initial call that we had, I knew she'd be a perfect match. She asked thoughtful questions to unpick exactly what it was the we wanted to see on the photographs of our most special day.
On the morning of the wedding, it took Laura all of approximately 3 minutes to feel like family. She fit into the day seamlessly.
Her expertise was evident, particularly with big group photos where she shepherded groups with kindness and clarity. Then, in the moments of calm with just my husband and I, Laura guided us to just the right position with just the right lighting.

Laura is so much more than a photographer… it’s hard to find words to describe the passion, friendliness and pure love that she puts into her work. Laura photographed our elopement in November, I was so worried that with it being a small wedding we would feel ‘papped’ all day but I couldn’t have been more wrong. Not only did Laura go above and beyond by donning Wellington boots in the river and driving us onto the moors for landscape shots but she also became a part of our wedding party with such ease by being her lovely self. It was easy to trust Laura to give us directions when needed for posed shots and upon receiving the final photos we found she had captured moments so small and precious we simply wouldn’t have known they’d happened on the day. FAQ
Where are you based and do you travel?
I'm based in Sheffield, UK but love to travel. Pop me a message and we can discuss your venue and see if I would be the right photographer for you.
When will we get our photos?
Your will receive a full online gallery link with all your photos within 8-12 weeks. This will vary depending on peak season demands.
From there you get full printing rights to your images so can decide how you best would like to show them off. I of course will be on hand if you would like any help with albums and printing.
How many pictures will we receive?
For a half day wedding I aim to deliver between 300-400 images. For a full day I expect to deliver 600+
How much is the booking fee?
I charge a 25% non refundable booking fee to secure your date. The remainder if the balance is then due 4 weeks before your big day.
Do you offer engagement shoots?
Definitely! I can't recommend them enough. Lets get to know each other a little better, I will be with you all day on one of the most important days of your life and its so important to me that I am the right fit for you. Also having your photo taken can make you a little anxious, and I would love to show you how easy it can be. Contact me to add a pre wedding session to your package.
